Student-Led Conferences hold a significant role in IB philosophy and pedagogy, placing students at the helm of their own learning experiences .In a Student-Led Conference held on September 23, 2023, our Pre School learners demonstrated remarkable ownership of their learning by engaging in discussions with their parents. The event commenced with the students extending a warm welcome to their parents, setting the tone for the day. During the conference, the young learners presented a delightful dance performance to the tune of "It's a Beautiful Day" and recited charming rhymes. Their enthusiasm in showcasing their portfolios and explaining each activity they had undertaken so far was beyond compare.
The Student-Led Conferences had a profound impact on the young learners as it boosted their confidence, honed their communication skills, and nurtured their self-management abilities. It was undoubtedly a successful event, marking the holistic accomplishments of our young learners.
